While we have many Gluten-Free options, we are not totally Gluten-Free.  We have a dedicated Gluten-Free prep station in the kitchen.  We have optional Gluten-Free sandwich bread (and garlic bread) and GF pizza dough in 10" size only.  Most of our toppings are naturally Gluten-Free, as well as our oven-baked French fries.  Avoid sausage and pickles, which contain gluten.  There are two Kids Meals that can be prepared Gluten-Free on request.  We're sorry but we do not have GF options for pasta, handmade breadsticks (you can get garlic bread though), or cookies.  

Please note that we take Gluten-Free preparation seriously, and have revamped our menu which we realized was confusing.  If you see any bad reviews that said we didn't make something gluten-free, that was likely due to the old menu being misleading.  When we figured out the problem, we acted immediately to change all of our ordering information.  Please let us know if you have any thoughts or concerns about Gluten-Free options.

Yes, our front entrance has a ramp from the street to the sidewalk, and the parking lot is flat.  If you are in a wheelchair and find you have any trouble with the inner and outer set of doors, please call us to come out to help you with the door.  The Southway side door has one step.

We are researching and revamping our discounts and coupons, and hope to post them soon.  These will be applied to in-store dining.   

We don't have any right now, but there is a nice covered entrance area where we could put a table and chairs, if there is interest.  Please let us know if you have an interest in dining out front.

We have Pepsi brand fountain drinks, with unlimited refills while you dine in.  Those cups are 32 oz, 24 oz, or Kids/Seniors cup 12 oz.  We also offer Pepsi brands bottled sodas in 20 oz and 2-liter, as available in the cooler near the chips.  Water options are bottled Disani, or free water cup (12 oz).   We also have fresh-brewed unsweetened tea.  We have all your favorites to pair with our amazing pizza, pasta, subs (aka grinders), and salads.

Mancino's is and is not a chain.  There are a loose string of Mancino's locations mainly in Michigan, where they started, and in Indiana.  But each one is owned separately and run independently.  Menus may differ from place to place.  All must bake their bread from scratch, by-hand, on site -- that's the only real "must".  This Kokomo location is owned and operated on-site daily by a family who lives just a few minutes away.

Actually, no they don't.  Subway and Jimmy Johns and others advertise "fresh baked bread", but... While they technically heat it up/cook it in the store, it's from machine-made loaves that came frozen in a box from a factory.  Our bread is made lovingly from all the ingredients you'd use at home, like flour and real butter.  Our staff mixes the ingredients into a dough and then kneads and hand-shapes the dough into our huge and amazing breadsticks and 16" grinder sub rolls.  The Mancino's recipe is unique - no one else has it - which makes you crave it so much more!  Come taste the difference that really fresh, hand-made bread makes!

First, see the answer to the question above about our hand-made bread.  Then, compare the SIZE of our subs to theirs.  Penn Station and others call theirs "small, medium, large, etc." because they don't want you to know how small they are.  Their small is a tiny 4".  Their "large" sub is 12".  Ours is a whole third larger at 16" and we don't charge 33% more for it, so it's a better value.
